LeagueRun: practice grid on phones, Confirmed by coach, and your logo on team pages

The practice planner now works on a phone at a real club's size, and uniform hand-overs record when the coach has them.

Confirmed by coach: when you hand over uniforms, tick Confirmed by coach once the coach says they have them. The team's Uniforms row shows it, and you can switch it on or off later from the team page.
Council logo on team pages: the page families open from a team link now shows your council's logo at the top. No logo on file? It shows your council's name.
Practice-time limits on the computer grid: a practice that breaks a family's practice-time limit now carries a Limits tag on the desktop grid, same as the phone list. Nothing is blocked. Keep the time if you have a reason to.

Practice grid on phones: fields keep a readable width and the grid scrolls sideways on its own. Field headers use short names like Field 1A. Tap a header to see the full name. Each practice shows the team and the coach's last name.
Pressing and holding outside open hours: you now get a message saying the time isn't open and where to add open hours, instead of nothing happening.
Phone practice list: a practice with a coach clash and a limit problem now shows both tags.
Coach emails name the half: practice times in coach emails read like the team page, for example "Field 1, half A".
Packing lists from Roster: open Packing lists from Roster and the back button takes you back to Roster.
Season switcher: closes when you press Escape or tap anywhere outside it.
Handout and team links: this Settings page is live. Its row shows how many links are live.

Practice counts everywhere: balancing, coach clashes, the Games problems list and the retire-a-field check now match the Practice planner.
Deleting a team: the confirm message no longer counts each practice twice.
Coach roster email: if practice times can't load, LeagueRun says so and sends nothing, instead of sending old times.
